CCSOSAR Ropes Team members trained with Vancouver Fire and Rescue Technical Rescue teams at Fire Tower 5. Training included rapelling down the Fire Tower using Petzl I’Ds and CMC Rescue MPD’s, as well as building with the Arizona Vortex. For our team, it was great to see how they did things, and to learn new techniques. Thank you for having us! We look forward to more cross trainings with VFR.
